集美大學留學生公寓住宿須知
為了維護留學生公寓正常的學習生活秩序，創造良好的學習生活環境，請遵守以下規定：
1、 不得擅自調換、轉讓房間或床位。
2、 嚴禁私自配鑰匙和調換門鎖。
3、 若有客人來訪，必須在值班室出示證件，辦理訪客登記。夜間會客時間至23:00。
4、 不得留宿外來人員，包括親友、校內外同學、朋友等。
5、 不得在公寓內大聲喧嘩、打鬧、起哄、玩牌等，以免影響他人的學習和休息。
6、 嚴禁在宿舍內賭博、酗酒、斗毆及進行其他違紀活動。
7、 自覺維護宿舍區的公共衛生，不準往走廊上、陽臺外倒水、丟垃圾等，不隨地吐痰，垃圾放在垃圾桶內。
8、 住宿人員要保持室內衛生整潔。
9、 嚴禁在宿舍內飼養貓、狗、兔子等寵物。
10、 不得破壞房屋的結構，如墻壁釘釘子、私自更改電源插座、墻壁亂涂、亂張貼；不得將家具搬出宿舍。
11、 要自覺愛護宿舍內門、窗、家具以及消防設備等公用設施。發現自然損壞的，應及時到值班室報修。
12、 注意用電安全，不得私自拉電線，除套房外，不得在宿舍內煮飯，不得使用電飯鍋、電熱棒等大功率能引起火災的電器。
13、 離開宿舍應關好門窗、水電，保管好鑰匙，貴重物品。
14、 嚴禁將易燃性、爆炸性、含毒性、腐性和放射性等危險品帶入宿舍。
15、 對在公寓內活動的不明身份的可疑人員，要及時向值班室報告。
16、 攜帶大件物品進出公寓的，應自覺接受值班人員檢查。憑身份證、學生證做好登記后，方可放行。
17、 嚴禁在宿舍內生火、焚燒廢紙及點蠟燭等容易引起火災的行為。
18、 嚴禁在樓頂或露臺活動；嚴禁在走廊、陽臺欄基上站立、行走、坐臥等。
19、 嚴禁在宿舍陽臺、走廊護欄用重物壓曬衣物，不得在無防盜網的陽臺、走廊擺放花盆或容易下墜傷人的重物。

Information For Living In The Overseas Apartment
The rules and regulations are made to maintain a comfortable living, learning and working environment in the Jimei University Overseas Apartments.
1. No exchanging of rooms or bed assignments with other tenants is allowed without permission.
2. It is strictly forbidden to have room keys made or locks changed.
3. All guests are to be registered at the reception desk and no visitors are allowed after 11pm.
4. Guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
5. Keep noise to a minimum within the apartments so as not to interfere with other tenants.
6. No gaming, fights, alcohol and other violations in the room.
7. Keep the public area clean, do not pour water in the corridor or off the balcony. All garbage is to be put in the designated trashcans in the corridors of each floor.
8. Please keep the dormitory clean and tidy.
9. NO pets are allowed in the building.
10. Do not change or damage the structure of the rooms for example no drilling in or painting on the walls. Do not change the power sockets or move furniture into the corridors.
11. Please take care of all facilities such as doors, windows, furniture and fire safety equipment etc. If there are any problems with any of these report to reception.
12. Pay attention to safe usage of electricity. Except for the suites and foreign teachers’ apartments no one is allowed to cook in the rooms, use rice cookers, heating rods and other high-power appliances which may cause fire.
13. Make sure to close the doors and windows and turn off the power when you leave. Take good care of valuables.
14. It’s strictly prohibited to bring and flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, radioactive or any other hazardous materials into the building and rooms.
15. If you see any suspicious behavior in the building please report it to reception.
16. Any moving of large stuffs in and out of the building please undergo inspection at Security and register with your ID.
17. Fire is prohibited in the building for example burning waste paper or anything that causes fire.
18. No dangerous activities are allowed on the balcony or roof that may cause accidents.
19. It is prohibited to dry clothes by pinning them down with heavy objects on the ledge of the balcony; do not put flower pots etc on the balcony ledge that might easily fall off.
